William J. Kok Jr. suddenly on February 13, 2012 Loving and Devoted husband of Theresa A. "Terri Ann" (nee Bucci). Extremely devoted and loving Father of Griffin Will Kok. Son of the late William J. Sr. and Beatrice Higgins Kok. Son in law of Ann and Robert Ford. Brother of Michael Kok (Faith) and Mary Rondolone (Anthony). Brother in Law of Al Bucci and Joseph Bucci; wonderful Uncle to Michael Jr, Anthony, Marissa. Alyssa, Stephen, Joey and Jill
Mr. Kok was a Senior Systems Engineer for Amphibious Class Ship Weapons Handling and Stowage Systems for the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Philadelphia—AKA NAVSESS. A graduate of St. James Catholic High School he earned an Engineering degree from Drexel University. Mr. Kok enjoyed spending time with his wife and son, he just became a certified Boy Scout Leader and was really proud and looking forward Scouting with his son. An avid Flyers and Phillies fan he also enjoyed remodeling, reading, fixing things, bike riding and hiking with friends. He traveled the world for his work but loved nothing better than fishing with his son.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral on Saturday from 8:30 till 10: 30 am at the Cavanagh Family Funeral Home 301 Chester Pike Norwwod, Pa followed by his Funeral Mass at 11 am at the Church of St. Gabriel Mohawk Ave Norwood. Burial: Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery
